Art therapy for every stage of life
Personalised art therapy for children, teens, adults, families and NDIS participants across Margaret River, Busselton, Bunbury and Augusta.
How we can support you
Art therapy is for anyone who wants support through creative expression — you do not need artistic skill. Sessions are confidential, trauma-informed and paced to you.
Who we support
From young children to older adults — including NDIS participants — creative support for anxiety, grief, trauma and everyday stress.
Individual art therapy
One-to-one sessions in a calm space. Explore feelings through colour, shape and texture at your own pace. Duration 60 minutes; materials included for in-person sessions.
Children and teens
Age-appropriate creative support for school stress, family change, social anxiety and big emotions. Parents are welcome to discuss goals in the free consultation.
Families
Shared and parallel creative work that supports connection, communication and emotional understanding within families.
NDIS participants
Person-centred sessions that honour NDIS goals. Clear communication with plan managers. Learn more on our NDIS page.
Concerns we often support
Art therapy can help when words are not enough — for anxiety, low mood, stress, grief and life change.
Anxiety
Creative ways to calm the nervous system and explore worries without having to find the perfect words.
Depression
Gentle creative process to explore low mood and reconnect with meaning, at a pace that feels safe.
Stress
Sensory, creative practices that support regulation when life feels full or overwhelming.
Life Transitions
Space to process transitions — family change, relocation, identity shifts — through image and symbol.
Art therapy gave me a way to express what I could not put into words. The sessions felt safe, unhurried and genuinely helpful.
